What happened to a simple “thank-you” when you receive an unmerited favor? Why bite the hand that feeds you?

AIG, you listeing? Stop this insanity or prepare yourselves for one of the most organized boycotts this country has ever seen.

I hope AIG joins the lawsuit. It never seemed right that AIG was singled out for special handling. Our company, which has never gotten a dime of government aid, competes with AIG. My government stepping in to save them so they can beat up on us has always stuck in my craw.

Let AIG join the lawsuit so they show the rest of the USA their true colors. And while we are at it, take those self-congratulatory TV ads that have been running and stick them where the sun doesn’t shine.

I should add that this is not directed at the many fine employees at AIG that do their jobs and have no say in how the Board and Management operate the company.

Although many of those employees followed the pricing and underwriting practices which led them and much of this industry down the tubes. I see nothing wrong with directing anger at them.

Sanity prevailed. AIG decided not to join the suit. They’re still a scumbag company though.

It would have been fun to be a fly on the wall and listen in on that meeting. I wonder if they heard from some upset agents/brokers and it factored into the decision. I still think a lot of agents will not use them in the near future to write business.

Have they forgotten the principle of State Immunity from Suit? Unless the government’s charter allows it.

In my honest opinion it is “An Act of Ingratitude”
