someone stole their plane and committed a crime with it. and, isn’t the airport the entity who hires and has control over the security people? what is the statute of limitations on this incident? this happened 12 years ago.
I’m not going to comment on the potential coverage issues involved here. My only first hand observaiton is, that after nearly 12 years, there remains a big hole in the ground around the new Freedom Tower and the other vacant buildings going up, while Silverstien’s 7 World Trade despite his disputes has been rebuilt and occupied for several years now. This is typical of how private industry versus city, state and federal government get things done!
Perhaps Mr Larry should be held liable for not providing adequate security and safeguards for his buildings in the event that someone flew a plane into them….makes just as much as sense, does it not.
As long as Mr. Silverstein accepts responsibility for all of the damage and illness caused by his buildings after they fell.
I was wondering what Larry has been up to all these years…
It took that long to explain to my relatives in NY why the Twin Towers was one occurrence and not two.

$4 billion payout on a $2.8 Billion purchase. Heck of a deal LARRY. When are we going to discuss the real cause of WTC7’s collapse?
