They need to go after thousands of Mortgage brokers who lied, cheated and stole money from Americans. Like a fat tick on a slim hound.

They should be suing certain members of Congress who pressured companies to make loans to people who could not afford it and then have the government and Fanny Mae/Freddy Mac back them. Barney Frank was front and center on that should be easily prosecuted.

Him and Chris Dodd and the head guy FNMA who took millions in bonuses for making bogus loans, he got paid to steal. The whole pack of them. The level of intelligence of Governmnet employees has always been low but now its sub-bottom. We’re all paying the leaches. Of course, there are no morals. Its get mine while I can.

By going after the mortgage company in a civil case is only going to hurt consumers. If they have a case, go after the CEO in a criminal case. That way all CEO’s out there will start to earn their millions of dollars a year by actually keeping an eye on their corporation so they don’t spend time in jail and pay thousands in fines. They are ultimately the “owner” of their company.
