Dont like the sounds of that at all, looks like a monopoly in the making. I wouldnt want to be a competing Agency Management System because the data all comes from IVANS. On that note, I am feeling a whole lot less secure about my non Applied management system. To bad as competition is a great thing.

From what I read, it will stay a separate entity. It will work with all systems. That is the way I read this, plus another article on this subject.

I agree. One can only hope that there are some insurance IT geeks out there who want to create a better system.
I’m sure someone at the DOJ has taken an extensive look at this. (or maybe not)
