This in concept is a good thing, however, Why can’t the President apply the appropriate measures to the problem? Executive Order? Come on, why must he insist on attempting to rule by edict when our American system is a system based on law, not edict! This is a subject that would be a slam dunk for him to do the right way, by introducing a bill to make it a codified LAW that could be enforced.
The way to cut down on frivolous lawsuits is to make the loser pay for court costs, as they do in other countries which–not coincidently–don’t have this problem. But I can’t imagine this president supporting that.
