Libby, I believe what they’re referring to is just being mobile in general. As in being able to access client and company information while out of the office and being able to work from home. For example, right now our agency has our management system on our own server and we haven’t set it up to be accessed from outside the office. But other management systems are based in the “cloud” so all you have to have is a laptop/smartphone/tablet and you can sign in from anywhere you have internet and access all your info.
What is considered “mobile technology?” Smartphones? I’m computer technology illiterate so my question is an honest one.
