I hope leadership will stop surrounding themselves with people afraid to tell the truth. It is painfully sad to hear what agents say about what was once a really solid company. Leaving after working there for years, it is heartbreaking to have agents approach me asking if I think FFIC will make it.

Totally agree. I hear they’re once again touting the nationals and globals – which if they’d simply look at their own history – will fail miserably again, in spite of what their umpteenth consultant tells them (for money).

Why they don’t recognize the fact the loyal – but smaller – agencies are the ones who built the company to its former glory; not the “big guys”.

Unfortunately, they’re now smaller than a lot of regional carriers, but seem to have the arrogance of an AIG or others.

Allianz, Look up my name from years ago when you first purchased FFIC and why I was relieve of duty there. I told you then and I’ll say it again. You need to work on the bumps in the Culture of that company if you ever hope to make it work.

Every now and then you get to see Karma come back around and do it’s job. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch-you brought this on yourselves.
