Two veteran insurance product professionals have been named to leadership positions at the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS).
Rich Yocius has been named vice president of actuarial services and chief actuary, and John Kadous is now vice president of personal lines.

AAIS develops policy forms and rating information for property/casualty insurers.
Yocius comes to AAIS with 29 years of experience in insurance, most recently as managing vice president and chief actuary for personal lines for Tower Group. Prior to that, he served as vice president for analytics at Allstate. He will be based in AAIS’s offices in suburban Chicago.
Kadous has 26 years of experience in insurance, most recently as an underwriting director and product management director with USAA. He will be working from Texas.
Kadous will be working with Deborah Summerlin, AAIS’s current vice president of personal lines, in a transition that will conclude with her retirement at the end of June after 35 years with AAIS.
