Funny, all the Travelers personal lines reps recently scampered into agent’s office to announce the brand new, industry changing, auto product called Screw’em Agents 2.0… They said that THEY HAD to reduce the agents compensation by 20% so that the agents could sell more. Hmmm. And now Jay Fishman is inferring that the agents were part of the decision to pay them less? Come one Jay, we expect better than this coming from you. Shame on you.
