This article is a big load of government propaganda. It may be affordable for the companies. How about addressing the workers, say, deductibles, inability to find care, etc.

Was this released by the Obama administration?

Actually, Libby or Rosenblatt or Ron offered it to them to publish as fact.

I get attacked when I haven’t made my first post on an article just because Ron can.

Oh. Wait. YOU wrote that. I should’ve said “I get attacked when I haven’t made my first post on an article just because Agent can.”

You get upset that Ron attacks you before you’re in the conversation, yet you do the exact same thing to me.

This is why I call you a hypocritical troll.

Rosenblatt the liberal troll of all IJ articles, fired monitor speaks again. I want everyone to know who they are dealing with on this forum. A small core of leftist activists with nothing to contribute but attacks.

You’re still a hypocrite for insulting me before I posted anything, immediately after you called someone else out for doing the same thing to you.

FYI – look up the definition of “troll” so you’re able to use the word correctly the next time.

I have looked it up Rosenblatt and you fit the definition perfectly. There are about 4 leftist trolls on this blog. 1. Libby 2. Stan 3. Ron 4. Rosenblatt. Aren’t you glad I didn’t have you placed higher?

Throughout history, the problem where people have become the most tyrannical, has been when people don’t care about valid concerns with that person’s said behavior.

Yes Rosenblatt, you don’t care. You aren’t ahead of the curve, you’re far behind it. You are like everyone in your age group, who have become engrossed in this lie and imbalanced way of thought. How fresh are you out of college, and out of your 20’s? I used to hear people talk like you from everywhere to dungeons and dragons meetings, fitness groups, and bars. The “I don’t support any one party, I’m open minded, anyone can do wrong” crap, while their primary commentary is overwhelmingly liberal, and the people they support are overwhelmingly aggressive liberals, who use pseudo intellectualism, (fake intellectualism) as a form of power, while mocking the intelligence, the allegiances, of the conservatives. Agent is no more extreme than either Libby or Ron, and I myself am the only moderate on this site. Go ahead, call me a liar, but I’m the only one who has talked about wanting stem cell research being both standard and embryonic, and went over how Bush W cut off embryonic, and Obama cut off standard. I’m the only person here who said I would support the 401k proposed changes Obama made a few years back. I’m the only one here who pointed out positive aspects of Bush W (The proposed retirement plans) I’m the only one here who talked about a private and public option, provided we don’t touch how the health insurance industry does their insurance. I’m the only one here who talked about the HPV vaccines in Texas, and attacked them for their obstinate behavior in that regard.

I’ve been watching you and Agent go at it. The last few weeks have definitely been more amped up than usual, and it seems your anger is mostly in that Agent won’t admit that he is a worthless troll. He isn’t going to do it.

You keep asking him basically to say that he is a troll, and you will leave him alone, (not directly). He won’t do it. You’re asking him to violate his namesake. It is like that movie about the Salem Witch trials a while back, where the guy was asked to say he was a witch. He wouldn’t, even if they let him live, and I believe he said “Because it is my NAME, because I cannot have another!” when he explained why he would not admit to that which would tarnish it.

You won’t get Agent’s namesake tarnished. You will try.

And you will fail. I knew this was who you were before you tried though.

How many times do I need to ask you, Bob, NOT to assume you know me or what I believe in? Every time you make a comment like that, I have to explain how you’re wrong and keep asking you to stop doing it. Today is no exception.

“How fresh are you out of college, and out of your 20’s?”

Not fresh out of college at all. I’m WAY older than 20.

“…it seems your anger is mostly in that Agent won’t admit that he is a worthless troll…You keep asking him basically to say that he is a troll, and you will leave him alone…”

Wrong assumption again there bob. The recent issues I’ve had with Agent is not his trolling, it’s his blindness to his consistent hypocrisy.

Prime example: Agent write a post about how horrible it is that Ron insults him out of the blue when Agent hasn’t even posted on the article yet…(http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2015/02/18/357707.htm/?comments)

…but then he’ll do the EXACT SAME THING to me that he just argued shouldn’t ever be done (this thread). When I bring that to his attention, he replies with insults and ignores his blatant hypocrisy.

“I knew this was who you were before you tried though.”

Like I said earlier, you don’t know me even if you think you do. Each time you post something like this trying to peg me, I have to keep explaining point-by-point about how your impression/belief/knowledge of who I am is blatantly wrong.

I’d give you a little leeway if you were right at least one of the many times in the past you posted your “I know you Rosenblatt – you’re _____” beliefs, but have incorrectly pegged me 100% of the time you’ve tried.

My suggestion and request – please stop posting about how you know me and my mentality since you’ve been wrong each and every time you tried that technique.

Finally — I don’t have to tarnish Agent’s name; he’s doing just fine on his own!

My scorn for you is literally unparalleled. Libby will often say something nice or try to meet you in the middle. Id rather get hit by a car than make the same mistake.

You, brah, and you’re moocher demographic are the worst thing that has ever happened to this country. 1st place.

Obama propaganda machine is right. Prior to Obamafraud, through my husband’s work we paid around $640 monthly for very good family coverage with reasonable copays. Now, that insurance went away and we are stuck with a company that no one will accept and extremely high copays and we pay about $800 a month for it. Affordable my eye. I cannot even go to my own family doctor and get a simple procedure done now. Because my husband works in a neighboring state, I have to find a specialist in the state he works in to get a referral to and drive an hour to an hour and a half to get there to get the same procedure that just a few years ago I could have gotten done in my doctor’s office that is just 15 minutes away. I have to miss an entire day’s work now where I once was able to miss just a few hours. How did this bill fix our medical cost problem? All it did was create more problems and make insurance more expense with less coverage. FRAUD! Of course it doesn’t hurt big business. What is the point of the article anyway? Three cheers for our relentless leader?

Sherinae, I find it depressing that you tell your story of how this bad law has negatively impacted you, and you get fourteen thumbs down for it. They ought to give a thumbs down to the law itself, not to you for telling how bad things have gotten for you as a result of the law! Now I’ll probably get twice as many thumbs down simply for supporting you. Go figure.

The problem I see with this article is the methodology used to reach their headline conclusions – “’not material’ or ‘not significant,’ according to a Bloomberg review of conference-call transcripts and interviews with major U.S. employers.” Well, my understanding is that the employers most negatively impacted by Obamacare do not have conference-call transcripts and are not “major” US employers that would be interviewed. It is not a surprise that these big employers were not impacted because they all have offered health benefits all along and were able to continue with those programs, albeit with rate increases. The only thing that should be taken from this analysis is that those large companies felt their benefit cost increases were manageable.

FFA, I gave up on that a long time ago. It was depressing with lack of options, high premiums, high deductibles, high out of pocket expense. I also had fears of my E&O getting involved if a customer sued me for putting them on it. I started referring customers to BCBS website and let them go to BC direct. I referred no one to Healthcare.gov which is a disaster still in progress.
