UCPM, Inc., an environmental insurance provider, has partnered with Great American Insurance Co. to offer the IAQ Advantage package for indoor air quality and mold liability coverage. This online program targets real estate locations including apartments, condos, hotels, offices, and shopping centers. Coverage is provided for bodily injury, property damage, legal expense and building related clean-up costs resulting from various pollution conditions.
The new program offers low minimum premiums through a simplified online process. After completing an online application, partner agents receive a quote coupled with coverage analysis. This is the first of multiple programs UCPM has planned for release in 2015.
