Enhancements include new policy features that provide discrimination defense and indemnity sublimit, mold, mildew, or fungus sublimit; waiver of deductible; pre-claims assistance; and expanded residential property ownership coverage.
The enhanced E&O policy form is now available in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Washington.
