Never had a recall on the DeLorean or the Yugo we own. Now that’s quality!

Funny SW! Of course half of Government motors vehicles have ceased operations like Pontiac and Oldsmobile.

I wonder what Takata’s bottom line will look like after the dust settles on this disaster.

I’d much rather be driven around by a machine that is fundamentally designed to be a safe means of conveyance no matter what, than get on the road with a bunch of distracted drivers and people with road rage.

Driverless cars don’t tailgate, drink alcohol or text and drive. Google’s cars have driven millions of miles, and the 11 collisions its cars have been in were caused by other human drivers.

Sure would be nice if someone would actually name the 11 auto manufacturers involved. You know the old journalistic standards of providing who, what, where, why, when and How in a story.

I think the consumer has to go online, enter their VIN and see if it is on the list. I hope my vehicle isn’t or my wife’s Toyota isn’t.

Google Takata Airbag recall and it will give you all the makes and models of cars affected. Most of them are older used vehicles from model years 01-08.
