Not sure if he got fired, but I can’t imagine he would remain employed. I can even see charges being filed for some type of manslaughter charge once a criminal investigation is completed.

Better throw in individuals from the federal government and Amtrak for saving dollars over lives. The practices of those two entities boggles the mind.

I would reserve a cell at Sing Sing for him.

I can understand the $200 mil cap, but the biggest problem is going to be that families will all battle it out, so to speak, for the biggest cut of the pie. If I were the judge, I would commiserate with the families, but have them realize what the cap means, and what it is there for. In this economy, there will be those who won’t care about anything but the price tag. Money will not bring a loved one back from the dead, it is only a “quick fix”.
