All Risks Launches Wind Program for Occupied Dwellings, Vacant Buildings

QuickIns, a division of All Risks, Ltd., has launched a new non-admitted wind market on its online and phone quoting platform, QuickIns.com, for tenant occupied dwellings and vacant buildings. This A.M. Best A-rated carrier offers property and liability coverage (monoline or package), with wind coverage available in every state. Both products are available in Dela., D.C., Fla., Ga., Md., N.J., N.C., Pa., S.C., Texas, Va. and W. Va.

Every policy for the tenant occupied dwelling product includes an assault & battery sub-limit, and additional interests are available at no additional charge. Targeted classes include one-to-four family dwellings, up to 20 homes on a schedule. The minimum home value can be as low as $50,000 to as high as $500,000. Homes valued above $500,000 will be referred to an in-house production specialist. Minimum premiums start at $500.

Vacant buildings include both commercial and personal policies, with renovations/builders risk coverage also available. Targeted classes include up to ten properties on a schedule and must be vacant up to 24 months. The minimum home value is $50,000, however properties can be up to $1 million value. Properties vacant longer than 24 months or homes valued above $1 million will be referred to an in-house specialist. Minimum premiums start at $200.

According to Chris Reisdorf, sales leader of the Small Commercial unit, QuickCommercial will also be expanding its artisan contractor platform to additional states in the near future.
