Insurance broker Marsh has appointed Don Bailey as head of global sales. Based in New York, Bailey will be a member of the Marsh Executive Committee and report directly to Peter Zaffino, president and CEO of Marsh.
In this role, Bailey will lead Marsh’s sales function globally. He will work closely with Marsh business leaders in all regions.
Bailey has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience. He joined Marsh from Allstate in 2013 as head of sales for Marsh’s US / Canada division, where he also led U.S. industry practices. With Allstate, he was president of emerging businesses. Prior to Allstate, he held senior positions at Willis, including CEO of Willis HRH and CEO of Willis North America.
