it may not make a difference, but I would recommend that any and all independent agents and brokers (p&c/l&h) cease doing business with ADP. our firm did that very thing several years ago.

Independent Agent’s typically DON’T work with ADP and PAYCHEX and other “Payroll Services” where the payroll companies, typically use NON INSURANCE LINCENSED “Payroll Reps” to “sell” and DIRECT the INSURANCE SALE to the HOME OFFICE “agency”…

BUT… the point you make is A VERY GOOD ONE and SHOULD BE LOUD AND CLEAR… THE (INSURANCE COMPANIES) THAT OFFER ADP/PAYCHEX and the like the MARKETS… SHOULD NO LONGER BE REPRESENTED BY “INDEPENDENT AGECIES”… IA’s SHOULD DEMAND that the BIG I and STATE CHAPTERS… NO LONGER AFFILIATE with any INSURANCE COMPANY that works with a PAYROLL COMPANY… It is a DISERVICE to the consumer to NOT have a LOCALLY ACCOUNTABLE, PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT to provide LOCAL SERVICE… The INSURANCE COMPANIES that “sign on” for the ADP/PAYCHEX PREMIUM VOLUME are, well “INSURANCE INDEDELS” and possess a SCARLET LETTER “P” for PREMIUM “AT ALL COST”… Let the whole of the “INDEPENDENT” Agency System (IF THERE REALLY IS SUCH A THING) make these “Insurance Companies” make a MORAL BUSINESS DECISSION… STAY WITH THE PAYROLL COMPAINES or STAY WITH THE INDEPENDENT INSURANCE AGENTS… You really SHOULD NOT have BOTH your CAKE and EAT IT TOO… But, we as IA’s do not demand this level of REPRESENTATION from our very own and VERY COSTLY State and NATIONAL “Independent Agent” Associations… Of this, I am OmniSure…

I’m sure you have valid points, but I couldn’t get past the caps lock, poor grammar, and spelling errors.
