No offense to Mr. Green, I am sure he will do a wonderful job but Mr. Ealy, the prior president will be sorely missed. Mr. Ealy is full of positive energy, is a hard worker and had some great ideas for Encompass. I wish all the best to Mr. Ealy with all his future endeavors.
Allstate should spin Encompass off so the company can go back to it’s roots. Allstate does not want Encompass to be successful. When Allstate purchased Cna personal insurance they made all these promises and the only thing they have been consistent with is their inconsistency. I can’t keep track of the number of Presidents that we have had. The company lacks focus, primarily because Allstate doesn’t want them to be win because it will alienate their captive agents. This company could be much more but they don’t listen to their agents about product enhancements and pricing. It’s so bad now Encompass doesn’t even make a big announcement when one president leaves and a new one comes in because it’s routine.
Well, I had previous experience back in the day with Encompass and they just weren’t competitive at all and we had to say bye bye to them. The business was easily moved to better markets.
