    So the US market is not lucrative enough for Swett? What part of this do I not understand?

    Actually, this is potentially great news for Swett North America depending on the suitor. Their international operations (Cooper Gay) have been a drag on earnings, so getting sold off separately could work well. I also don’t think they are leveraged by the alpha house’s anymore – principally their old parent AON
