pretty dumb article. if you aren’t capable of cleaning up the rinse splatters, then you aren’t going to clean off your knife, cutting board, wash your hands, etc.
I rinsed my turkey like I have for the past 45 thanksgivings I have cooked one, and everybody survived. with no food poisoning.
