The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (Big “I”) has named James Hanley as the new director of its agency errors and omissions insurance program.
Hanley will lead the insurance and risk management program that is offered to member agencies through Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
Hanley, who has 15 years of professional liability experience, has been with the Big “I” since 2008 as an underwriter and staff coordinator of the bordereau reconciliation for IIABA’s reinsurance company.
