Jackson Lewis, a nationwide employment practices law firm, will provide Berkley FinSecure’s customers with employment practices information and general guidance including wage and hour issues, employee leaves of absence, protecting company and employee information, and other employment issues.
Berkley FinSecure’s customers who purchase employment practices liability coverage will have unlimited access to a toll free help line. Through the help line, policyholders are eligible to receive free employment practices information and general guidance from Jackson Lewis. In addition, Berkley FinSecure’s customers have access to other services offered by Jackson Lewis such as assistance in developing employment policies and an HR handbook as well as supervisor training, seminars and programs at discounted rates.
Berkley FinSecure customers will be able to access available services through the toll-free Help Line and online through the company’s website.
Berkley FinSecure offers bond, management liability coverages and all standard property-casualty lines as well as specialty products catering to mortgage lenders and trust managers. The Berkley Crime unit provides crime related insurance products to commercial organizations, financial institutions and governmental entities.
