OK, so you get caught, you pay restitution and you get probation. What’s the downside? Why would I not continue doing this if I’m that kind of person if when I get caught I’m no worse of than when I started and if I don’t get caught, I’m up? There needs to be more downside when caught. Double restitution and/or real jail time.

Disability compensation fraud is usually obvious to everyone, except the Government. Is it easy to spot using media – yes, just check the facebook or ask the neighbors of the suspected fraud to send the photos, it is FREE. Check the medical record. It can be done in 1 (ONE) day. “Expensive fraud” investigation that takes “long time” – another Government lie that only interested to support the fraud, not fight it.

Confused. Making fun of someone who is trying to speak our language is immature and disrespectful. From my experience, this is someone whose primary language is not English. Our language translates poorly to others and the reverse is true. Speaking as she did is the way that her language is likely structured. I hope no one is as judgmental of you. I hope you will be more considerate and tolerant in the future.
