Insurance Noodle, the online, membership-based insurance placement platform, has been appointed a coverholder with Lloyd’s of London and is now authorized to underwrite and insure accounts on behalf of certain Lloyd’s underwriting syndicates.
The position grants Insurance Noodle access to the Lloyd’s brand, its member syndicates, financial security, and A+ ratings. Noodle gains the ability to manufacture exclusive products and to distribute those products through its member agents.
As a coverholder at Lloyd’s, Insurance Noodle can now build bespoke products for its members.
Insurance Noodle provides independent agents with online access to insurance products and services through a single-entry, multi-carrier, multi-line, web-based portal. Insurance Noodle was formerly a subsidiary of Willis Group Holdings, PLC and was acquired by Insureon two years ago.
