The Hartford has appointed Rick Ciullo chief operating officer of Hartford Bond, one of the largest underwriters of surety and fidelity bonds in the U.S.
Ciullo will lead The Hartford’s business that provides surety and fidelity products to companies of all sizes – from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
He will report to Ross Fisher, head of The Hartford’s Large Commercial businesses.
Ciullo joins The Hartford from Chubb, where he served most recently as chief operating officer for the company’s surety business. He brings 35 years of insurance and surety experience to his role, including leadership roles in underwriting, marketing, operations and strategy.
