How often should an employer test employees for drug use? When their production falls off, staring at a wall all day, falling asleep at a work station, not coming to work often?

If your employees don’t do their work, their production falls off, they fall asleep during business hours and they come into work late, presuming you’ve given them a written warning already, you have valid grounds to fire them without the need for any drug tests, ya?

Are “ya” having troubles with the English language today Rosenblatt? I understand they are having a lot of trouble in Colorado these days with drug issues.
