A president can issue pardons for uncharged crimes (or any crimes for that matter) that MAY have been committed:
“Now, Therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me…do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.”–Gerald R Ford
Nixon was pardoned before he was charged with a crime. That is what Hilliary is counting on.

Actually you got that part wrong, the whole point of the electorate is make the vote more fair, and well until they improve the registration process for the populate I am comfortable with the electorate.

Well, having been a person the registers people for motor voter and seen fully understanding the requirements registering and have personally registered probably thousands of folks that were not citizens not because I wanted to, but it was required under the law i want to take a moment to thank our founders for the Electorate. Just weeks after Donald Trump pulled off an implausible presidential victory, the President-elect is set to appear in court this month to defend himself against fraud allegations linked to his scandal-plagued Trump University.
The lawsuit is just one of many ensnaring Trump that will put him in the unprecedented position of defending himself in numerous civil courts while navigating his responsibilities in the White House, Politico reported.
The class action suit involving Trump University filed in a federal court in San Diego is set for trial on Nov. 28 before Trump will even be sworn in as the next President.
It is one of three suits against the beleaguered school, including one filed by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman in 2013 calling it a “fraud from beginning to end” and accusing the mogul of cheating students out of up to $35,000 for real estate seminars.
New York regulators said the scheme often scammed senior citizens or those already in dire financial straits.
His Nov. 28 trial date in San Diego, Calif. will bring him in front of U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who Trump accused of being inherently “biased” because he falsely identified him as “Mexican.” The judge was born in Indiana.
In addition to the Trump University suit, there is also a New York state investigation into the Trump Foundation, which ordered the charitable organization to stop raising money in the state after they failed to properly register. Another federal investigation involves one of his closest aides, Paul Manafort, and his foreign business ties to Russia.
Trump and his numerous business have been entangled in more than 4,000 lawsuits in his three-decade career in real estate, a USA Today investigation found.
Donald Trump will appear in federal court in San Diego on Nov. 28 in one suit related to Trump University.
The litigious mogul could also be involved in suits in which he is the plaintiff. He has threatened to sue the 12 women who have come forward with allegations that Trump groped them and has taunted several news organization with defamation suits.
A request for comment from the Trump campaign was not immediately returned.
The Supreme Court ruled in 1997 that presidents aren’t immune from litigation over actions that occurred before taking office — the ruling was in response Trump’s former political rival’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, when Paula Jones sued for sexual harassment by to Paula Jones’s sexual harassment suit against former President Bill Clinton.

DC, the more I study the aftermath of this election, the more I realize that Trump was the only Republican who could have pulled it off. None of the other professional politicians would have the spine to stand up to the Hilliary juggernaut campaign and would have gone the way of Romney. He took a lot of heat for that, but he did appeal to the people sick and tired of Progressive rule and the arrogance and dishonesty of the worst Presidential candidate in the history of the US. We came very close to losing this country as we have known it. Draining the swamp is just the first step in the recovery process.

It would seem that the opposite should be true.
As a business litigation attorney, my view is that while Trump is involved in numerous litigation, this hopefully will not be a huge interference. There are some that are politically motivated, and former presidents have dealt with their fair share. With the number of businesses Trump is involved in, it is understandable that breach of contract, corporate, real estate, investment and securities litigation lawsuits be ongoing.
