Trump apparently is planning a victory tour to the states he carried. Since California was not a state he carried, he cannot attend an inconvenient trial there when he’s planning to be adored in red states.

Doing business in an overly-litigious society leads to lawsuits which are frivolous or of questionable merit which nonetheless work their way through the system. There are legitimate disagreements on how business is conducted and there are literally thousands of reasons for disagreements to lead to lawsuits – this is for better or worse a cost of doing business today.
By the way, same general idea applies to his “bankruptcy” critics. You try opening a few hundred businesses and see how many fail. Being profitable is not a given and running a profitable business is a challenge – especially during recessionary periods. Let’s kill the hate and choose love. I respect what you have to say but disagree with much of it. I did agree with you on Sandy Hook. When I disagree with you, I try to show you the other side of the argument. Can you try and do the same, or do you always feel the need to insult me with illogical name calling? Let’s try and stay reasonable and logical. How about some common ground? Outside of politics, because we obviously don’t see eye-to-eye there, what do you like to do? There is no good reason to postpone the trial. He should have no special privilege in this case. His attorneys can question him on video or he can get on his plane and take a trip to Southern California.

Reasonable, you have never heard Trump say anything against Mexicans UNLESS they’re illegal. He has never uttered a word against Mexicans or queers, but if you listen to main stream media you will not know that because they are the ones saying that he has. You should get your information from an outlet that isn’t liberal.
Perplexed, not true regarding saying things against Mexicans unless illegals. Remember reading about him saying some not to nice things about an American born judge (who’s parents are of Mexican descent) because he disagreed with him. You can defend The Donald all you want to. However, be honest with yourself. He makes a point of offending more than 50% of the population: women, people of color, muslins, etc. The reason so many voted for him is because they’re tired of Washington politics with most lifer politicians only looking out for themselves and their friends and not focusing on what’s best for most in the country. Exactly right, Ohio. He isn’t pursuing the “lock her up” mantra. That will cause some buyer’s remorse in some of his voters. Next up, failing at “wall”. And, he’s softening on climate science. I will say these are all good things and I recognize him showing Presidential qualities in all of those decisions. I promised I’d point out the good in the guy I certainly didn’t support. But, he is our President, and I’m going to give him his props when they are due.
