Marsh has launched a new and proprietary casualty insurance program designed offering accessible coverage for multifamily property owners and managers experiencing challenging habitational insurance market conditions.
Marsh’s PRIME Habitational Casualty Insurance Program was developed in collaboration with Endurance Global Risk Solutions and offers broad, competitive coverage terms and pricing for multifamily property owners and managers.
According Jeffrey Alpaugh, Marsh’s Global Real Estate & Hospitality Practice leader, the product offers a number of policy enhancements including first dollar coverage, separate aggregate limits per location, and enhanced environmental/pollution coverage.
Marsh’s PRIME Habitational Casualty Insurance Program complements the PRIME Habitational Property Insurance Facility that launched in January 2014 and the PRIME Environmental program that launched in November 2015.
