Vanliner Insurance Co. said that Matt Grimm has been promoted to president of the insurance provider for the moving and storage industry.
Prior to assuming the role of president at Vanliner, Grimm served as vice president, Passenger Transportation, at National Interstate Insurance Co.
Previously, Grimm held various positions at Great West Casualty Co. and also worked in private practice specializing in insurance defense law.
Vanliner, located in Fenton, Missouri, is a subsidiary of National Interstate Insurance Co., a specialty property and casualty insurer focused on the transportation industry with an emphasis on alternative risk transfer, or captive, insurance programs. National Interstate is a member of Great American Insurance Group.
