Take down ALL the names of Dems who voted against regulatory reform, i.e. those opting to retain greater bureaucracy and stifling regulations that are inefficient and counterproductive.

While I am fine with this, I would prefer they focus on an actual replacement of the PPACA.
If the Republicans really want to do something, they should take this opportunity to pursue a Constitutional Amendment for Congressional term limits. I would be really interested in seeing who opposes that.
Old fogey Dems like Feinstein and Boxer and “Independent” Sanders, as well as those who THINK they will leave Congress for a higher position, will NOT oppose such legislation. They will retire soon, so they care very little about THEIR tenure.
ALL younger Congressmen and Congresswomen will vote against it, Republican or Democrat.
Methinks the libitteral doth protest too much about Congressional tenure simply because it is a way to ‘shake loose’ well respected, thus well-entrenched, Republicans who will be Congressmen for a LONG, LONG time; e.g. Rubio, Cruz, Paul, Gowdy, Sasse, …
But, let’s look at the theory of term limits, briefly. It is a way to rid the Congress of bad politicians, but it also limits the possible contribution of GOOD politicians. However, that is better achieved by voting, not setting up more laws. Let the citizen voters decide, not an abstract law that carries unintended consequences of limiting the tenure of good politicians.
My solution is to reduce Senate terms to 4 years. I might also increase House terms to 3 years. Too much of HoR incumbents time in their second year in office is spent campaigning rather than legislating.
“Methinks the libitteral doth protest too much..”. Who is this libitteral you are referencing?
My intention is to rid our government of decision makers who are more concerned about keeping their jobs and making their donors happy than doing what is best for the country. More importantly, they should get rid of lifetime benefits.
Wrong! Your objective is to try to wrestle power away from Republicans who will have a stranglehold on political offices, federal and state/ local for the next decade… or GENERATION!
You know the Republicans will win more Senate seats in 2018 because many vulnerable Dem seats are up for re-election, and many more Dems seats are up, overall, than Republicans seats up for re-election.

Furthermore, and most important, PresidenTrump will appoint at least one, possibly two or three SCOTUS Justices, all of whom will serve what is essentially a LIFE TERM as a SCOTUS Justice.
There’s always places like Cana-duh or Venezuela to live your life in a Socialist environment. Hasta la vista, bambino!
If you were truly concerned about what you claim, you would have proposed it long ago… did you?

I did not bring that up to change your mind. Only to get you to explain why, if I am for term limits, “because it is a way to ‘shake loose’ well respected, thus well-entrenched, Republicans who will be Congressmen for a LONG, LONG time; e.g. Rubio, Cruz, Paul, Gowdy, Sasse, …”, Republicans are also for term limits.

Yesterday, A Better Way was discussed as the blueprint to be fine tuned, and Rand Paul’s plan is also in the running.

How does that expose me as a liar? Due to the FACT that the Republicans do not have a formal plan, in the form of a bill, to replace the PPACA, I have been proven right.
In addition, we do not know if their way is better until it has been passed, implemented and results have been analyzed.
Republicans are still fighting over the remnants of ACA to retain, and how to adjust them for their plan.
The aspects of it spell ‘Health care specificcs’ with two ‘c’s at the end. Tough luck for you that I won’t reveal the details until the Republicans do. Their plan was to have the plan DRAFTS out a week before the inauguration. BLAME THEM for their failure to meet the release date.

How is it tough luck for me? They are proving me to be right. The Republicans have been telling us for years that they have this grand plan to replace the PPACA. They are the ones being exposed as liars, not me.
You obviously have absolutely no inside information. That is fine, just stop acting like you do, LIAR.

Cubans are infuriated with Obama’s SORE LOSER TEMPER TANTRUM REGULATIONS, including his change yesterday to the ‘Wet Foot, Dry Foot’ USA Refugee policy for Cubans escaping the Castro Dictatorship …that comprise childish, scorched Earth policy by a complete failure POTUS…
This childish action by the petulant child BHO will only lead to greater resentment by Cubans in the US who fled Cuba, and it will lead to further loss by Dems of legislative and executive seats in the government.
Rumors, amusing if true, are that TrumPresident will have a set of exec orders – reversing Obama’s most heinous / petulant exec orders – ready to sign on the podium IMMEDIATELY after taking the oath of office. That would be ‘great theater’, if true. BHO would be there to see the signature session.
I think he immediately goes into the Oval office, with cameras following him, to sign those reversals.

Unfortunately, your only reason for believing that is that the media is losing their head.
Trump is not interested in theater, he’s interested in getting things done.
People don’t engage in these tactics to win over the masses. Do you know why?
It doesn’t work.
Say all you want Trump won, I’m going to be so bold as to say NO HE DIDN’T. Democrats have just been blatantly bad enough that they lost. This does not mean Trump’s theater works, and he knows it. Pushing agendas how democrats do works. It’s the agendas themselves that don’t work, and that is why democrats lose.
Republicans DO NOT engage in theater or political posturing to any major degree by comparison, and especially not Trump. Trump is forth right as all hell, and he really doesn’t give a flying %@%@ what you think about it.
This might be the most fantastically absurd statement you’ve ever posted here, and that is really saying something.
For every honest and completely truthful “forth right” Trump statement you post (VERBATIM statements, not your summary of what he said), I will post 2 outright lies he’s made. CHALLENGE!!
PS: someone with a 150+ IQ and who scored so well on his SATs that he had to take them twice would know forthright is one word.
Have the mere peasants give Trump credit — when he credits himself first and foremost? Wonder where’ll he be when it comes time to take responsibility for disruptions that wreak havoc? Oh hell, there’s no wondering because Trump will call it phony news. Hello, disapproval rating….

He wont let up on the replacement plan. Hopefuly, he will put it back in the hands of local agents instead of foreign call centers. Maybe every agent / broker house can pull one person off the unemployment line.

FIVE DAYS UNTIL OUR LONG NATIONAL NIGHTMARE ENDS and libitterals experience a major meltdown when they realize all tehir efforts to block TrumPresident have failed, just like BHO, Joe Biden, and HRC.

I hope that, after all the critical issues have been addressed, Congress enacts legislation that increases penalties for influence peddling by federal employees, past or present.

And I am not the only one. How do you explain the fact that your side wants this too?
