If they don’t like it, they need to change the law. Until then, not funding what was promised to carriers would be a horrible idea. A government that can’t hold up its end of the bargain would look bad, to say the least.
Oblama promised a bail out if they failed on this turkey. No need for the new President to continue to bail it out and waste taxpayer money. The sooner this ends, the better off we will all be with a fresh approach.
