It would have to be an organization first to label it as a terrorist organization. It is a loose collection of miscreants who want to ruin it for the vast majority of people who want peaceful change. They either don’t care or don’t know that violent demonstrations with property damage will never advance a cause in the United States. Peaceful protest, as in the diner sit-ins and Selma protests of the 1960s DO enact change and will be the only way forward for maligned groups of Americans to gain actual equality.
