Obama shouldn’t have let them put the ash pits by water sources to begin with.

Jack, hard to go wrong reversing any Obama rule or regulation.

        Really?

Which of these regulations was bad?
        1) Required companies seeking significant federal contracts to disclose violations of labor standards.
        2) Limited the way mines dump debris when clearing earth in order to prevent the destruction of area streams
        3) Required oil, gas and mining companies to disclose payments made to foreign governments in exchange for access to drilling or mining rights
        4) Required the Social Security Administration to turn over to the Department of Justice information on individuals with disabling mental illnesses — about 75,000 a year — to include in a registry of those not allowed to buy a gun. (Sandy Hook anyone?)
        5) Required broadband providers to get permission from customers to collect and use their online information.

Plus a number of others. Here’s an article from NY Times from around May that listed a bunch. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/05/01/us/politics/trump-obama-regulations-reversed.html

A number of the regulations I think are common sense and others are a good idea.

The ash pits were there long before Obama came to office.
