Hooray for the judge who makes sense with her ruling, in light of the fact that the payments are ILLEGAL and UN-CONSTITUTIONAL. The continuation of these subsidies only buttresses the higher costs instead of addressing the underlying costs through mitigation and other means.

I await the childish replies of more Democrat Socialist politicians like Sanders, Clinton, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, and several others. Their replies are almost certainly going to use hyperbole and more lies than in the past.

The ‘bi-partisan’ deal crafted by Ms. Murray with a RINO won’t fly. Get over the idea of that ever getting off the ground because the 2018 Elections are a little over a year away, and potential voters will be repeatedly reminded of the votes of legislators on such a bill. Election results in 2016 were largely a mandate to repeal ACA, build the Wall & deport nearly all, and undo bad EOs and other ‘agreements (Nuke & other) by Obama. Voters have the info they need to make informed decisions. It is the same info and choices they need in the NEW marketplace for health care after the ACCELERATED Death Spiral cause ACA to crash & burn faster than my projection of next summer.

“If the states are so concerned that people will be scared away from the exchanges by the thought of higher premiums, perhaps they should stop yelling about higher premiums,” Chhabria wrote.”

Makes sense. Maybe address the underlying cost factors?

What exchanges are you talking about FFA? The last I heard, most have disintegrated.

That was a quote from the article.

The training this year was even worse then last year – navigating their site. Of course, you can never talk to someone – anyone – for guidance.

FFA, considering how much trouble the Progressive Socialist Democratic Party is in these days, I think the implosion is about there. I think it is called Critical Mass.
