Sounds like a plan to me. Allowing people to choose what they want instead of what a Progressive government wants to force you to have. Take it or pay a penalty on your tax return. Thank God we got rid of that. Association plans have some merit. Obamacare, no merit.

Polar, we have always said this was a freedom issue. Progressives wanted to control everything and “mandated” coverage people really didn’t want and did it by lying to the public. Backfired big time starting in the mid terms of 2010. Obama couldn’t understand the rejection and arrogantly said “we just didn’t explain it well enough”. They thought people were stupid, clung to their guns and Bibles and and were a basket of Deplorables.
