USG Insurance Services, Inc. has launched an exclusive e-cigarette and vape store program through its programs division, Allied American Underwriters.
The program offers several coverages for a wide range of classes, including: distributors, wholesalers, importers/blenders, retailers, e-liquids & e-juices, e-cig devices & accessories, private labels, and smoke & vape retail shops. Coverage can be offered in all states through this program except N.Y., N.J., and Ky.
The program features low minimum premiums and does not include a full battery exclusion.
Vickey Pierce, producer/broker for the Programs Division will lead the program. She is based out of the Canonsburg, Pa., office.
This is one of semi-exclusive and exclusive programs that AAU offers. Other programs include Auto Haulers, Commercial Storage Tanks, Dealers Storage Tanks, Educational Institutions, and Religious Institutions.
This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to expand operations nationwide and continue to provide innovative solutions for the risk management industry.
Allied American Underwriters (AAU) is a program manager that offers programs for commercial lines to USG retail agents and other distribution channels i.e.: wholesale and direct. There are four divisions: Workers Compensation, Programs, Specialty, and Personal Lines.
