Not sure how “Johnny” is a racial slur. Whenever I heard a Little Johnny joke, I never related it as racial.
I would also think that his negative reviews would be in writing and therefore proven. Negative reviews rarely result in raises and promotions. If the Series 7 comment happened, then that supervisor should be canned from the company.
