    If your 2 year old is playing with matches what do you do? Take away the matches.
    Soooo, someone driving & using their phone. What do you do? Take away the phone.

        What a goofy reply. The cell phone control is still solved by enforcement and heavy duty tickets with repeat offenders losing their driving privileges.

          putting laws into place to make sure people are responsible with their item and heavily penalizing them for any mistakes = best way to control bad cell users

          putting laws into place to make sure people are responsible with their item and heavily penalizing them for any mistakes = will never work to control bad gun users

            As your name/title states, you are “confused”. Good work attempting to twist this narrative over to your desire for gun control. Perhaps give some more thought to your wording. Distracted Driving =/= Criminals using weapons to murder people. See your nearest dictionary for the following two terms: Intentional vs. Accidental. Thus why we call them “Car Accidents”, not “Car Intentionals”. Hopefully that clarifies it for ya bud.

    The 2nd amendment, to my knowledge, does not cover the right for an individual to carry a cell phone. LOL what an interesting remark by “confused”. Oh and by the way we DO make it so felon cannot have guns. You cannot legislate crazy.

      @Cheese,
      Unfortunately the majority of legislation to day is in fact crazy but that is a different matter. In many of the recent cases, not all mind you, the authorities knew of the issue and dropped the ball in following through to protect us from individuals who should not have a gun.

        A driver should also not have a cell in his/her hand.
