Jeff Norton has been appointed to the role of senior vice president, Cyber & Technology, for Brit Global Specialty USA. He will be responsible for leading and growing BGSU’s cyber and technology team.
Norton brings a range of underwriting experience with expertise in cyber. He joins BGSU from Beazley Group where he has been since 2009 and was a senior underwriter specializing in information security and privacy liability, technology errors and omissions, and miscellaneous professional liability and media liability. In this role he was responsible for leading the U.S. Private Enterprise Cyber offering to eight years of profitable growth.
Prior to Beazley, Norton was with Marquis Agency, leading its professional liability team.
Norton, based in Chicago, will report to Tom Bongi, executive vice president, Professional Liability.
