    I can’t imagine the Terms & Agreement that each user had to agree to before using FaceTime (which I’m sure nobody ever read) granted the app permission to record audio before you answered the call. That sounds like an easy win for the Plaintiff.

    I am not surprised. All the smart devices are ALWAYS listening – waiting for you to call out their name – Hey Alexa, Hey Google, Hey Siri, whatever. That’s why we read that article a few weeks ago – even the IT folks who work for secret and government ops – put their device in a metal box when they get home. Everything these smart devices hear – can and will be used against you. Watch out!
