Sure helps to have a growing economy. The US had a growth in GDP of 3.1% in 2018, which egghead economists said could not be reached. We were used to seeing 1.5 to 1.7 for the prior administration said was the new normal. Sorry, Socialists, free market Capitalism is the best system and Agents will continue to prosper in the future.

Our agency experienced the most organic growth in more than 9 years in 2018. And yes, our profitability fell as outlined in this study. #1 reason: employee costs. It’s hard to find service reps and when we do, the wider employment market has greatly escalated (at least 10% more than last year) the compensation required to land a good employee.
