I find this extremely aggravating. How many families and lives has this product ruined? Now, when the insidious nature of their marketing strategies and paybacks to physician practices comes to light AND the family has walked away with billions of profits, they simply want to file bankruptcy and then reorganize to avoid financial liability.

Mr. President, take some time from the stupid banter about the 2020 election and instruct your Dept of Justice to insert themselves to protect the public from this grave injustice!!!

Anyone who calls our President stupid is not worthy of belief. Our President has been very aggressive in the war on Opioids, but you probably didn’t notice that. By the way, doctors who prescribe Opiods are ones who should be held liable. The harmful effects have been known for a long time.

I agree with Puzzled in PA.

I’m sick of companies literally doing what’s only best for them, causing millions or billions in damages because their short-sightedness, then filing for bankruptcy to shield themselves with the consequences. They knew it was extremely addictive. They handed it out like candy. They rewarded doctors who wrote the scrips. They should pay the consequences of ruining peoples lives!
