Now ask yourself: why are liberals against this? Allowing such power in the hands of regulators, the power to change the rules at will, makes life much more unpredictable and complicated for businesses, causes a proven downturn in investment when a Democrat is a President because businesses are afraid of more regulations to come down on their industry, and it hurts employment.
Why not support a system that is predictable and consistent? If Democrats don’t like the regulations, then have Congress change them, instead of allowing unelected bureaucrats to effectively make law all by themselves, depending on who is in the White House.
Great post Craig. Personally, I like the approach of the President that for every regulation the bureaucrats pass, they have to get rid of two. The demolition of the administrative state is at hand. Result, business is booming, employment at an all time high.
