Berkley Professional Liability, a Berkley Company, has expanded its product offerings to include a primary management liability policy for investment advisors and funds.
The new customizable policy offers a choice of coverage options, including investment adviser professional liability, fund professional and management liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability. Coverage is available on a combined or standalone basis.
Berkley Professional Liability’s new primary investment management liability product is currently admitted in 15 states and the District of Columbia and is expected to be admitted in several other states in 2019.
Berkley Professional Liability was founded in 2008 as a member company of W. R. Berkley Corporation, a commercial property casualty insurance provider.
