Everest Elevation addresses the coverage needs of law firms by providing market leading terms and conditions while offering a variety of coverage enhancements, including expense reimbursement for crisis events, disciplinary proceedings, security incidents, and subpoena compliance.
According to Rob Diziki,vice president, Professional Liability the policy has been designed to cover emerging issues and evolving needs of mid to large size law firms. The tailored product is designed to cover defense costs and settlement payments arising from malpractice allegations.
