Roundup Not Only Monsanto Legal Woe For Bayer; PCB Claims Still Coming

    Monsanto did not hide the health risks of glyphosate. The evidence was provided to agencies and they decided it is not a carcinogen….and still say it is not.

    The one group that did decide it was probably a carcinogen at the same risk and eating processed meats or drinking hot drinks (the IARC’s own data) did hide that one of their panel was being paid by a law firm that is now seeing Monsanto on glyphosate risk.

    It is fair to say that Monsanto didn’t say label their product with a label that said : 99% of the evidence over 40 years says this product is safe and will not care cancer but there is 1% of data that has not be Abel to be repeated that says it could be as toxic as eating processed meats.

    They could also have labeled their product as carcinogenic and be sued for false labeling.
