Hate to go with the bear, but Harvard is obviously discriminatory. The Asians should appeal because they’re going to win this one. One fine day we shall all be doing the bidding of our Asian overlords. Why? Because they’re smart and they work hard. I admire them greatly, but to perpetuate a stereotype, I find them boring. That’s Harvard’s assessment too and it’s that Asians score low on the “personality” scale, whatever that is, so Harvard shaves points from their application.

What does it say that a liberal judge, appointed by Obama, believes that discrimination against Asians is fine?
Is this how the 4 liberal judges will vote when/if it gets to the Supreme Court?
