Today is the final day to participate in Insurance Journal’s exclusive 2019 Agency Errors & Omissions Survey.

All participants will receive a copy of the survey’s report published in Insurance Journal magazine.

This survey is designed specifically for independent agents and brokers who have purchased or are thinking about purchasing agency E&O coverage.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and all survey responses and information will remain confidential.
