Said the rat to the parasite: “Asbestos?” “Nope, Dead and gone.”
    “Silica?” “yesterday’s news, forget it.”

It’s pretty pathetic that the republican stance is already to belittle employees potentially made ill by business owners pushing to re-open early at the cost of their employees’ health and well being. It shows you where the true intentions of the right are, far against their peoples’ best interests. Keep helping billionaires make more, the rest of us don’t care to serve your masters like you do.

COVID 19 litigation will certainly confuse the “prudent man standard”; because what does that even mean in an environment where the world is divided on what is “prudent”. I anticipate that WC Severity and EL frequency will increase significantly.

The only protection business should get is ‘its their choice whether they can open’!
No one is forcing them to open in the middle of this pandemic!
They can find another way to earn a living just like the rest of us without endangering employees and patrons!
Those companies forced to open cause the government calls them essential should get the necessary protection, and should provide their employees and customers the necessary protection!
A blanket protection to cover non essential business during a Pandemic is not only dangerous to the employees and patrons, it will would likely be overturned by even this Supreme Court!
